The season-opener on the new turf at the Pella High School Athletic Complex was cut short for the Pella girls soccer team, as they were unable to complete yesterday’s match with Dowling Catholic. The freshman and JV squads were able to get in shortened competitions, before yesterday’s thunderstorm forced an end to the varsity game.
