The recipients of this year’s KNIA/KRLS Business-to-Business Scholarships have been chosen. Connor Cummings of Pleasantville and Lindsay Hoehns of Twin Cedars have each been selected to receive a $250 scholarship towards continuing their education. KNIA/KRLS General Manager Jim Butler says it was a tough decision because there were many qualified applicants for the scholarship, but what set Cummings and Hoehns apart was their ability to excel not only in school, but also their activities outside of school. Butler also mentioned that there was a significant increase in applicants from last year.
