Knoxville baseball felt the sting of its first losses of the season at the Ames Invitational yesterday. In the first game Knoxville continued its football-like scoring as Waterloo West defeated the Panthers 20-11. In game two with Ames, the score was a more baseball-like 4-2, but with the Little Cyclones coming out on top. Knoxville is now 4-2 on the season will return home to take on Albia Thursday night in a varsity double header.
