The 2010 Tulip Time festival has passed, but will surely go down as one to remember. The 75th anniversary of the spring festival welcomed tens of thousands of guests to Pella, despite strong winds and unseasonably cool temperatures on Friday and Saturday. The 2010 Tulip Queen was Heidi Schulte, and Karen Eischen served as this year’s Tulip Time Steering Committee Chair.
