Rep. Van Engelenhoven Earns Recognition from Iowa Farm Bureau

State Representative Jim Van Engelenhoven of Pella has earned the support of the Iowa Farm Bureau in his campaign to be re-elected to the Iowa House. Van Engelenhoven has been named a “Friend of Agriculture” by the bureau’s Political Action Committee. The designation is bestowed upon political candidates who support issues that are important to agriculture and the Iowa Farm Bureau. Jim Van Engelenhoven is a Republican and represents District 71 in the Iowa House, which includes the majority of Marion County and the Monroe area. He will face Marc Held in the June 8th primary election.
