Central College women’s track and field standout Jill Ziskovsky has added another accolade to her impressive senior year, though this one came for work done in the classroom and not on the track. Ziskovsky was chosen by the Iowa Communication Association to receive the Recognition of Achievement in Speech Communication award.

The award recognizes students who have performed at a high level in speech communication courses and notes the importance of communication for the workforce. The senior multi-event athlete for the Dutch is a double-major in Communication Studies and Spanish, and carries a 3.95 GPA.
