A member of the Central College track and field coaching staff has been named the NCAA Division III Assistant Coach of the Year for men’s track and field. Guy Mosher was chosen by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) as the nation’s top Division III assistant coach, after previously being named the Regional Assistant of the Year for both indoor and outdoor seasons.

Mosher specializes in the multi-events, where his athletes have thrived. This season, the Dutch had a combined five national qualifiers in the decathlon and heptathlon – three of which were All-Americans. In his 19 years at Central College, Mosher has coached athletes who have captured All-America honors more than 200 times in 12 events, including 15 national champions.
