Early in the season, Knoxville Boys Soccer Coach Jon Smith was scratching his head trying to figure out what combinations worked best with his team. He says around the last two weeks of the regular season and into the postseason he hit on something and it has worked. Smith says when he figured out the rotation everything seemed to come together. Knoxville will take on Dubuque Wahlert tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 in the opening round of the Class 2-A Boys State Soccer Tournament at the Cownie Soccer Complex in Des Moines.
