Hunter Education Course to be Offered Later This Month

The Marion County Sportsman’s Club, Conservation Board, Recorder’s Office and Iowa Department of Natural Resources are sponsoring a Hunter Education course later this month. The class, which is required for all Iowa hunters born after January 1st 1972, will take place at the Marion County Sportsman’s Club at 1702 Old Highway 92 on Thursday June 24th and Saturday June 26th. There is no cost to students and attendance to both sessions is required to receive certification. Pre-registration is required and can be done at the Marion County Recorder’s office on the 2nd floor of the courthouse.
