The Iowa Department of Transportation is conducting a traffic survey in Southeastern Iowa this summer. This week they will be counting vehicles, recording their type, their direction of travel and other data in Knoxville, Pella and in other parts of the county at numerous intersections. The data is being gathered for planning purposes for future highway improvements.
