Knoxville girls soccer takes to the home pitch tonight in hopes of winning a class one-A Regional quarterfinal. The Panthers host Centerville and many of the girls who witnessed the boys sub state win over Pella on Saturday are now inspired to duplicate that feat. Coach Charley Fisher says it is still one match at a time and knows the Regional is very tough. He says Centerville is very good defensively and runs a similar system to Knoxville. Kick off of tonight’s match from the Randy Wilson Track and Field is scheduled for six-oh-clock…the winner gets a trip to Norwalk to either play Norwalk or Winterset on Friday.
