The chance for the Pella baseball team to savor Wednesday night’s 9-8 comeback win over Pella Christian was short-lived, as the Little Dutch returned to work in practice yesterday in preparation for their upcoming game tonight against another Little Hawkeye Conference front-runner.

Pella hosts Knoxville this evening in a match-up that is always emotionally-charged, but will also feature teams each coming off of wins over ranked teams. The Panthers ripped No. 3-ranked Norwalk 10-1 on Wednesday night. Knoxville is 5-2 in the Little Hawkeye Conference, while Pella holds a 5-3 mark in League play.
