The Pella City Council will meet in special session Monday. The lone item on the special meeting agenda is the approval of a resolution amending a development agreement between the City of Pella and Brumark Properties, Incorporated, and the city’s consent to release development property. The special Pella City Council meeting will be held at noon Monday in the Pella City Hall building on Broadway Street.
