A dedication celebration for Brooks Garden will be held in Knoxville today. The public is invited to join financial supporters, city officials, and chamber ambassadors along with friends and family of honorees Dave and Stephanie Brooks for the official dedication of the city’s latest park. A large stone, purchased by family of Dave Brooks, will be placed in the park to mount a memorial plaque that has been purchased sorority sisters and friends of the couple. The dedication celebration will begin at 11am at Brooks Garden, located on Roche Street between Main and Marion.
