A 24 year-old Knoxville man who was arrested in September of 2009 for methamphetamine charges has been sentenced after pleading guilty to a controlled substance violation.  Jason Ryan Ross Horn’s manufacturing of methamphetamine judgment was deferred by Judge William H. Joy.  He has been sentenced to 5 years probation, must pay $1,425 in fines, undergo treatment and is prohibited from using drugs and alcohol.  Horn was arrested September 21st after law enforcement found items used to manufacture methamphetamine.  He was charged with conspiracy to manufacture of 5 grams of methamphetamine and possession of lithium and pseudoephedrine as precursors to manufacture meth.
