Daniel Jay Kading of Knoxville pled guilty to possession of marijuana following his arrest on April 8th. Kading was charged with delivery of a schedule I controlled substance marijuana, possession with the intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance and two counts of failure to affix a valid drug tax stamp as a result of a search warrant of his home at 443 Newbold Street in Rural Knoxville. Kading was sentenced to a five year suspended prison sentence, three years of probation, a 180 day license suspension and is ordered to pay a $750 fine and complete a substance abuse evaluation.
