An outright LHC title is out of reach for Pella softball, but the Lady Dutch know what they need to do, win their final three games of the season and they could still earn a share of the title. If Pella Christian beats Norwalk tonight, the Eagles will be outright LHC champs and Pella would finish second , but if Norwalk wins then Pella could win a share of the title with PC. For any of that to happen though, the Lady Dutch must win their final three games and it starts tonight at Knoxville. Coach Krista Demeulenaere says after the battle the two had just last Thursday, she knows the Panthers will be ready for revenge. Pella scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh to come from behind and bet the Panthers in Pella just last Thursday and neither team has played since. Pella comes in 16-9 overall and 8-3 in the LHC while Knoxville is 11-17 overall and 4-7 in LHC play. You can hear tonight’s varsity game live on both KNIA/KRLS and kniakrls starting around 7:30pm.
