Pseudoephedrine Sales Restriction Arrests in Marion County

Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies, Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, South Central Iowa Drug Task Force, Iowa Counter Drug Task Force, Knoxville Police Department and the Pella Police Department executed several arrest warrants yesterday resulting in the arrests of three Marion County residents. 62 year-old Anthony James Miller, 40 year-old Christy Eve Krivanek and 42 year-old John Edward Schmidt were each arrested for pseudoephedrine purchase violations. Additional charges are possible pending further investigation. Stay tuned to KNIA/KRLS as we will bring you more information as soon as it becomes official.
