Heavy rains early Sunday morning have stopped the gradual decline in the water level at Lake Red Rock, with the reservoir expected to rise again in the coming days. In-flow to the lake had been as low as 21,000 cubic feet per second, but began climbing Sunday and is expected to peak near 80,000 cubic feet per second on Tuesday. The water elevation at Lake Red Rock is also expected to begin rising on Tuesday, and is forecast to peak at over 775 feet on Saturday. Out-flow at the dam remains near 49,000 cubic feet per second and is not expected to change.
