Ray Guss Jr. of East Moline, Illinois won the Deery Brothers Summer Series Late Models Race last night at the Knoxville Raceway.  The races were postponed to last night from early in June due to rain.  After a couple of complete restarts the race finally got going.  Guss Jr. grabbed the lead on laps ten and would never relinquish it.  Darren Miller, Jeff Aikey, Jeremiah Hurst, and Brian Harris completed the top five.  The Sport Mods also races and that A-Main went to Jared Timmerman of Norwalk.  The race was a green-white-checkered finish after a yellow on the 19th of the 20 lap event with Timmerman beating Dylan Book by a car length.  Nate Chodur, Jeremy Embrey and Jim Gillenwater completed the top five.
