A privacy fence at Brooks Garden will soon be installed thanks to a grant from the Pella Rolscreen foundation. Park Designer Harv Sprafka applied for the grant in order to be able to put up a six foot tall, 48 foot long fence on the east side of the park to give it a finished look and hide some less than desirable views. The $2,000 check will be presented to Sprafka at Brooks Garden this morning at 11:45 by Mary Van Zante from the Pella Rolscreen Foundation.
