Senator Charles Grassley will be making a stop at one of Knoxville largest businesses this morning.  3M Plant Manager Greg Couves tells KNIA/KRLS news the purpose of the visit is to discuss some legislative issues in regards to energy bills and how products made at the Knoxville plant are impacted by this legislation.  Grassley will also be taking a tour of the facilities to check in on how things are going at the plant.  The visit will take place from 9-10am.
