Knoxville High School Wrestler Jay Fresh recently earned U-S-A Wrestling All-American at the U-S-A Wrestling Junior Nationals in July. Fresh went 2-3 at the event in Fargo, North Dakota against some of the best talent in the country at in 98 pound weight class. The Junior Nationals is considered the top scholastic wrestling events in the national and routinely draws over 150 competitors. Knoxville Coach Eric Whitcome said with Fresh not being 100% healthy and getting All-American status, was an impressive feat.
