Pella High School is also holding volleyball camps this week in preparation for the upcoming season.

The camps run today through Wednesday and are open to 3rd through 12th graders. Camp attendees will receive instruction from High School coach Bob Fessler as well as assistant coaches and current and former players. The 3rd and 4th graders start at 8am, 5th and 6th graders at 9am, and 7th and 8th graders at 10:30am. 9th graders meet at 5:30pm and 10th-12th graders meet from 7-9pm. Coach Bob Fessler also plans on players attending the Central College team camps Wednesday through Saturday. Practices officially begin next Monday as Pella prepares to defend their LHC title from last season and also begin preparations for what they hope will be their fifth straight state tournament berth.
