Yesterday morning, MidAmerican Energy reported there were 121 customers without power in Marion County and 321 in Monroe County. The outage affects the communities of Hamilton, Marysville and Lovilia, along with several customers in rural Marion and Monroe Counties. According to MidAmerican officials, the power went out around midnight and the outage is due to damage to a power pole at the intersection of highway T23 and Utah Drive near Bussey. The power was restored late yesterday afternoon.
