Columbia Fire and Rescue and Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a vehicle rollover accident on highway G76 at approximately 7:30 this morning. The accident occurred just west of 80th Street, east of Melcher-Dallas. Officials on the scene say the vehicle lost control and rolled into the ditch, coming to rest on its top. The vehicle had Warren County license plates and the couple was from Lacona, traveling to Knoxville. Both individuals were transported to Knoxville Hospital and Clinics with apparent non-life threatening injuries.
