70 drivers have entered their names into the next week’s Seventh Annual Lucas Oil Late Model Nationals at the Knoxville Raceway. Along with Two-time winner Scott Bloomquist, NASCAR stars Tony Stewart, Ryan Newman, and Kenny Schrader have entered. Other well known late model drivers that are scheduled to appear are; Boone McLaughlin from Mediapolis, Iowa, Billy Moyer from Batesville, AR, and Earl Pearson Jr. from Jacksonville, Florida. The Late Model Nationals will follow the same format as the Knoxville Nationals in August where driver will earn points each time they hit the track and they highest point total will start on the pole for the 100-lap championship race next Saturday.
