With just 40 days until November’s election absentee ballots will be available beginning today. Those who wish to fill out an absentee ballot may do so in person at the Marion County Auditor’s office, located in the courthouse. Registered voters may also request a ballot by mail by sending a written request with an original signature. Absentee ballots need to be either hand delivered to the auditor’s office by the time the polls close on Election Day or be post marked by November 1st.
