Marion County residents will get a chance to see some rare birds and celebrate the fall migration as well. Chief Golden Eagle of the Yankton Sioux Tribe in South Dakota will be stopping by Lake Red Rock. The tentative date for the fall migration is set for September 14th, however Chief Golden Eagle will be in town a few days earlier.
