Over 100 freshmen students gathered yesterday morning at Central College to listen to advice on how to manage their money in college. Shannon Zetterlund from a leg of monster.com called “Making it count” talked about the importance of getting out of school on time and not staying in for the 5th year. Monster.com along with Bank of America have a booklet available called Ultimate Money Skills for College which gives kids who are away from home for the first time a better understanding of how to budget their money.
