Residents who have received storm or flood damage this summer have less than a month left to register with FEMA if they haven’t already done so. The Mobile Disaster Recovery Center in Marion County will continue to be open weekdays from 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am until 5pm at 2003 North Lincoln in Knoxville through next week. So far, FEMA has approved nearly $400,000 for homeowners and renters in Marion County and residents from more than 80 homes have visited the local disaster recovery center.
