The Melcher-Dallas Fire Department, Columbia Fire and Rescue and Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a house fire in Melcher-Dallas around 5:45 this morning. The home, located at 1951 60th Avenue in Melcher-Dallas was fully engulfed in flames. Officials on the scene tell KNIA/KRLS news the home was unoccupied and no one was injured. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined. Marion County real estate records show the deed of the home is owned by Jason J Reed.
