Knoxville City Council Meeting Recap

The Knoxville City Council met in regular session last night. At the meeting the council approved street closures for the Knoxville Fire and Rescue Department’s controlled burn this Saturday and final plans for the rain garden project on the east side of the city. The council also accepted and signed a 28E agreement with the Marion County Emergency Response Association, approved change orders for the 2009 West Area Relief Sewer Project and the Neighborhood Stabilization Project and approved the annual street financial report.
