The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session this evening. Items on the agenda include a discussions on final plans for the rain garden project on the east side of Knoxville and the traffic lights downtown, signing of a 28E agreement with the Marion County Emergency Response Association, approval of a bid for the Biotower sealing and approval of the annual street financial report. The meeting will take place at 6:15pm in the council chambers of the Knoxville City Hall.
