Knoxville Man Arrested for 3rd Degree Burglary

A 23 year-old Knoxville man was arrested Monday after breaking into the can redemption center.  Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada tells KNIA/KRLS news Patrick William Roberts broke into a storage room at Becker Power Sports where he stole tools that were then used to pry open the door of the can redemption center.  Knoxville Police officers caught Roberts in the act around 4:15am Monday.  He was arrested and charged with burglary in the third degree and additional charges are pending.  Roberts remains at the Marion County jail where he is being held on a $7,000 bond.
