Tonight area residents will have a chance to enjoy a talented ensemble from China that has been entertaining students in the county all week. Beauty and Melody, a 12 member ensemble from the Sichuan Province comes to the Knoxville area as part of the Arts Midwest Worldfest sponsored by the Red Rock Arts Alliance. The group will perform a public concert this evening in the Knoxville Middle School Auditorium and attendees will be able to learn about their culture and enjoy traditional Chinese song and dance. The performance begins at 7pm and tickets will be available for $7 at the door.
