Thousands of people came to Marion County over the weekend to participate in some of the events that the people of Marion County put on. The Red Rock Arts Alliance’s 4th annual Autumn Studio Tour took place this weekend in Pella, Knoxville and rural Marion County. Local artists opened up their galleries for individuals to take free self guided tours of their art. Also this weekend Dan-D Farms hosted their seconds annual Harvest Moon festival. There were pig races, a hay pile, a giant slide and a corn maze. Pierce’s Pumpkin Patch hosted their 30th annual Pumpkin Festival to allow people to come check out the pumpkins that Pierce’s has to offer. All three events brought many people to Marion County and all three were a sucess.
