This morning, Lynville-Sully School District Bus Number 55 went off the road and into a ditch on a gravel road near Seasboro. Superintendent Shane Ehresman tells KNIA/KRLS News that there were approximately 20 students on the bus on their way to school but no one reported serious injuries. The bus driver and one student were transported to Grinnell Hospital for minor injuries and the driver has been released but the status of the student remains unknown. Another bus and several parents came to the scene to transport the students involved in the crash to school and Ehresman is pleased to say that everyone is back in school and going about their day. Poweshiek County Sheriff are investigating the crash.
