The Marion County Extension Office will host their second of three fall gardening courses today. Agriculture Educator and Master Gardener Karen Ackley will teach attendees how to clean up the garden, test soil, adjust the pH levels and the importance of planning cover crops. Extension Office Program Director Dale Miller says it is an informative and hands on class and everyone is invited to attend. Attendees are encouraged to dress for the weather as the hands on course will take place at a private residence between Knoxville and Pella at 1828 Highway T15 from 10:30am until noon. The course is free and open to the public
