Knoxville City and MidAmerican Energy crews were doing routine maintenance on the square in downtown Knoxville this afternoon. Officials on the scene tell KNIA/KRLS news they were attempting to locate the energy hookups around the square in preparation for the upcoming Streetscape projects.
