Last year at this time, it was thought that one of the finest Christmas light displays around would come to an end. This year, thanks to a little help from the Scott Bailey family, the holiday tradition will continue. John De Vries, owner and operator of “Dutch Christmas in the Country” says that the Christmas lights will be on his property for the 19th consecutive year beginning November 22nd. De Vries says that he has been working throughout the week to make sure that everything is in place for the big day. Throughout the years De Vries has added more lights, a Dutch Village and replicas of the church and home he grew up in in the Netherlands. The event will run from November 22nd to December 31st and is free and open to the public.
