A fall tradition in Knoxville continues this fall though things will be a little different this year. Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Office Coordinator Melinda O’Field says this year’s Living Windows display and Lighted Parade will be combined into one evening of activities instead of two consecutive nights. Living Windows will take place in downtown Knoxville and begin at 5:30pm on November 18th, followed by the Lighted Parade which will follow the same route as the National’s parade which begins at 7:30pm. All community members are invited to attend the free annual tradition.
