The P-C-M Boys Basketball Squad is looking to have another solid season under long-time head Coach Fred Lorensen. The Mustangs open up with Heart of Iowa Conference foe Grandview Park Baptist Tuesday. Lorensen says the Heart of Iowa should be very competitive with the addition of North Polk to the large school division, which means the Mustangs and Comets will play twice. Lorensen says North Polk, Bondurant-Farrar, and Roland-Story who moved to the small school division should be some of the teams to beat. While he and the team are not looking too far into the future, he acknowledges how the season ended last year with a loss in the Substate, Lorensen says the immediate plans are to improve and be the best at the end of the season.
