The 2010 season came to a swift end for the Central College volleyball team last night, as the Dutch were bounced from the Iowa Conference tournament by Simpson in three games.  Though games two and three were competitive, the Storm took the match by scores of 25-18, 30-28, and 25-22.

Right-side hitter Ashley Ellingson closed her career with a strong effort, recording a team-high 10 kills while Outside hitter Amy Golly was credited with 16 digs. Setter Maggie Snyder had 25 assists.  Central finishes at 20-13 overall and loses four seniors to graduation. Along with Ellingson, the Dutch graduate defensive specialist Nichole McGrew, outside hitter Cyndi Johnson, and middle hitter Katie Huff.
