The National Sprint Car Museum’s Third Thursday series continues this week with a “Salute to Mike Brooks”. This month’s program will showcase Knoxville Raceway’s 1980 track champion and 1990’s Silver Crown racer, Brooks. Museum Executive Director Bob Baker says this final “Sprint Car 101” event of the year is sure to be both educational and entertaining. The event will take place on the second floor of the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum at 7pm and is free and open to the public.
