The Central College women’s basketball team continued it’s struggles against Loras last night, as the Duhawks cruised past the Dutch 74-51.  Central was within ten points at halftime, but Loras began the second half on a 12-4 run, and the Dutch were never able to catch up, as they fell to 3-4 overall this season and 0-1 in the Iowa Conference.  One positive for the Central women was quality play out of the team’s bench, which included a team-high 10 points from freshman Annie Sarcone.  Pella native Kelsey Schuring was among two players for the Dutch with 9 points.
