For nearly two weeks, the Christmas lights on John DeVries’ property have been attracting residents of Marion County and visitors alike. DeVries says so far there has been over 2,000 vehicles drive through the “Dutch Christmas in the Country” light display, which is well above the amount that they usually have at this time. Included in the 2,000 vehicles have been several buses and Devries says many of those have come from out of state.
