After taking two weeks off to allow slight design modifications to take place at Lake Red Rock Dam, the contractor repairing the tainter gate lifting cables is ready to go back to work. It’s important to note that as of Tuesday morning, Highway T-15 will be closed again at Lake Red Rock Dam so work can continue. Assistant Operations Manager at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers John Holt says that hopefully the project is completed within 2-3 weeks, but no official date has been set. Drivers will be rerouted to T-17 and G-46.
