The Marion County Board of Supervisors discussed improvements to several structures at their meeting Monday. Barb Adam Director of the Marion County Care Facility provided the board with information in regards to insulating the inside of the roof in the attic space and acquiring a dialer for the sprinkler system. Adam and the supervisors plan to research these improvements and will move forward in the future. The board also authorized the additional expense of cleaning up the old septic system and facilitate a new system at the Community Action Building for a cost of approximately $750. In addition, the supervisors denied an agreement to repair damage to a storage outbuilding at the care facility. A project that would have cost the county $3,484.
