Pella native Haley Brillhart recorded her ninth career double-double, and the Central women made a strong second-half charge, but ultimately came up short against Loras College in a 73-61 loss Saturday.  The Dutch were down by 14 points in the second half before answering with a 9-0 run to get to within 5 points with less than 5 minutes remaining; but could never get any closer.  

Brillhart finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds, while Nicole Strasko hit double digits for the third straight game with 14 points.  The Central women are 4-14 overall and 1-8 in the Iowa Conference with a tough matchup with Wartburg in Waverly coming up on Wednesday.
